Delhi HC Directs 'Zee News' to Disclose Source of Confessional Statement of an Accused - 16.10.2020

Delhi High Court has directed a TV News Channel 'Zee News' to file an affidavit clearly disclosing the source from where the alleged confessional statement of the petitioner, Asif Iqbal Tanha was received.
