Delhi HC Grants Bail to 65-Year-Old Man in Riots Case - 16.10.2020

Delhi High Court has granted bail to a man named Mithan Singh, who was arrested for allegedly rioting during the Delhi Riots in February 2020, after noting that the petitioner is a 65-year-old man and is himself a victim of the riots and that his house was also damaged by an unlawful assembly during the riots.
