Bombay HC Seeks I&B Ministry's Reply in Plea Alleging Display of Personal Details on Website - 16.10.2020

Bombay High Court has directed the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to clarify whether personal details of other Rights to Information applicants are displayed on the Ministry's website or the petitioner was singled out, as his details were displayed on the website which led to harassment.
