SC Issues Notice on Plea Against Non-Compliance of NGT Directions - 16.10.2020

Supreme Court has admitted an appeal against a National Green Tribunal order, disposing the execution Petition filed for implementation of measures to restore environmental conditions in Singrauli and Sonebhadra districts of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh respectively, allegedly despite non-compliance of its original directions.
