Delhi HC Imposes Cost on Jail-Superintendent for Not Sending Asthma Patient's Medical Report - 15.10.2020

Delhi High Court has imposed a cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be recovered from the salary of the Jail Superintendent concerned who failed to send asthma patient’s medical reports.
