Kerala HC Directs ED Not to Arrest M Sivasankar IAS in Gold Smuggling Case - 15.10.2020

Kerala High Court has directed the Enforcement Directorate not to arrest M Sivasankar IAS, former Principal Secretary to the office of Kerala Chief Minister, till 23rd October, 2020 in the gold smuggling case.
