Allahabad HC Directs State Govt. to Fill Vacancies in JJ Board At least 6 Months Prior - 15.10.2020

Allahabad High Court has observed that the State Government should ensure that the vacancies in Juvenile Justice Boards are expeditiously filled up and steps for filling the vacancies be taken at least six months prior to the date of the vacancy falling due.
