SC Upholds Rejection of Candidature of District Judge Aspirant - 14.10.2020

Supreme Court has dismissed plea of a District Judge aspirant whose candidature was on the ground of pendency of a criminal case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 filed by his wife.
