Madras HC: Credit Rating Agencies Not Discharging 'Public Functions' - 14.10.2020

Madras High Court has held that a Credit Rating Agency cannot be characterized as "State" within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India, 1949 and cannot be considered as discharging any public function.
