SC Rejects Plea to Enact Law to Provide Uniform Compensation to Victims of Violence - 13.10.2020

Supreme Court has dismissed a lawyer's plea seeking direction to Parliament to enact a law providing a uniform scheme of compensation for persons who are affected by violence and other tragedies.
