Karnataka HC Quashes CBSE Action Against Class-XII Student - 12.10.2020

Karnataka High Court has observed that a tender student, even when the delinquency is established, cannot be treated as the offender of the war crime, while quashing the action of Central Board for Secondary Education against a Class XII Student for using unfair means in a Biology Exam.
