Karnataka HC Warns of Contempt Against Officials for Failing to Rehabilitate Villagers - 09.10.2020

Karnataka High Court has said it would initiate proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against government officers who for the last 37-years failed to rehabilitate residents of Nelavagilu village who were affected by air and water pollution due to an industrial unit being established near their village.
