HP HC: Denial of Access to Road Would Tantamount to Denial of Right to Life - 09.10.2020

Himachal Pradesh High Court has observed that access to roads to the residents of hilly areas is an inbuilt component of the constitutionally guaranteed right to life, and any denial thereof, would tantamount to the constitutionally guaranteed fundamental right to life, hence, becoming breached and infringed.
