Gujarat HC Finds Yatin Oza Guilty of Contempt of Court - 07.10.2020

Gujarat High Court has held Advocate Yatin Oza guilty of contempt of Court, observing that Oza had, with frivolous grounds and unverified facts targeted the High Court Registry and had questioned the very credibility of High Court Administration.
