Karnataka HC Refuses To Quash FIR Against PFI Leader - 07.10.2020

Karnataka High Court has refused to quash a First Information Report registered against a National Committee Member of the Popular Front of India (PFI), while holding that even though the offending speech does not directly refer to two religions, it attracts the provisions of Section 153 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 which is in the form of innuendo.
