Telangana HC Directs Re-Postmortem on Contention of Wiping of Evidence of Encounter - 05.10.2020

Telangana High Court has directed the re-postmortem of the three deceased persons, allegedly killed by the Naxal Wing of the state police in an alleged cross-fire between the police and the maoists on 23rd September, 2020.
