ITAT, Delhi Allows Exemption to Association of State Road Transport Undertaking - 29.09.2020

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), New Delhi has allowed the exemption under Section 11 and 12 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 to Association of State Road Transport Undertaking as it qualified as an organization for charitable purposes.
