Delhi HC Issues Notice in Plea Seeking Stern Measures to Prevent Stubble Burning - 29.09.2020

Delhi High Court has issued notice in a plea seeking a direction to be issued to the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare to take stern measures to prevent stubble burning in the States of Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
