Allahabad HC Issues Writ of Mandamus to Ensure Everyone Wears Masks - 28.09.2020

Allahabad High Court has issued a writ of mandamus for the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh that "no person should be seen outside his/ her house without a mask on his/her face and he or she should check that the mask covers both the nose and the mouth."
