SC: Insurer Not Liable Unless Vehicle Owner Took Reasonable Care to Renew Driver’s Licence - 25.09.2020

Supreme Court has observed that when an employer employs a driver, he has to take reasonable care to see that his employee gets his licence renewed within time or the insurer would not be held liable.
