Punjab and Haryana High Court Issues Summons to DC, MC Commissioner - 21.01.2016

Punjab and Haryana High Court has summoned Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner and a local resident, Daljit Singh under contempt of court proceedings in a case filed by a local social activist, Sukhbir Singh Mahal.
