Uttarakhand HC Refuses to Quash Criminal Proceedings Against INC Candidate for 2012 State Elections - 22.09.2020

Uttarakhand High Court has refused to quash criminal proceedings under Section 125 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 against Rajendra Singh Bhandari, who was Badrinath Assembly Constituency Candidate of Indian National Congress Party to the Legislative Assembly of Uttarakhand in 2012.
