J&K HC: Anganwadi Workers Do Not Come Under Provisions of CAT Act, 1985 - 21.09.2020

Jammu & Kashmir High Court has ruled that since Anganwadi workers do not hold a civil post, they do not come within the purview of Section 14 of the Central Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (CAT Act) and that the Tribunal would not have the jurisdiction to entertain their Petition.
