Madras HC Dismisses Bail Plea of Suspended Police Inspector in Jayaraj-Bennix Custodial Death Case - 18.09.2020

Madras High Court has dismissed the bail plea of suspended police inspector, S Sridhar and observed that prima facie materials are available to prove that the suspended police inspector had instigated his fellow policemen to assault P. Jayaraj and his son J. Bennix in police custody.
