Gujarat HC: DRI Officer Can Arrest on Suspicion of Smuggling - 18.09.2020

Gujarat High Court has ruled that a Customs or Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) officer can arrest anybody on suspicion of smuggling and the Courts cannot interfere with the arrest.
