Rajasthan HC Directs DGP to Initiate Proceedings Against IO in Rape Case of Minor - 17.09.2020

Rajasthan High Court directed the Director General of Police to take departmental action and initiate departmental proceedings for major penalty against the concerned Investigating Officer after suspending him from service immediately for tardy probe in a rape case of a minor.
