Tripura HC: Dissolution of Marriage of ST Couple Not Maintainable Under Hindu Marriage Act - 16.09.2020

Tripura High Court has observed that marriage between persons who belong to Scheduled Tribes (ST) notified under Article 342 of the Constitution of India, 1949 cannot be dissolved by invoking provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956.
