P&H HC Imposes Cost on Woman for Failing to Provide Reason for Leaving Her Husband - 15.09.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has imposed a cost of Rs 25,000 on a woman for failing to explain why she had left her husband against whom she had approached the Court apprehending threat to her life.
