Gujarat HC Directs SIC to Take Action Against Officer Under RTI - 15.09.2020

Gujarat High Court has directed the State Information Commissioner to initiate proceedings under Section 20 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 against 'the Mamlatdar' since he acted in a callous manner as a result of which the petitioner had been deprived of from the right of Right to Information.
