Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Centre's Decision to Allow Telecasting of Sudarshan TV - 14.09.2020

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a Petition challenging the Order of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting's allowing the telecast of a show 'Bindas Bol" which allegedly communalising Union Public Service Commission recruitment of Muslims.
