Supreme Court Inquires if Convicted Netas Should Get Lifetime Poll Ban - 11.09.2020

Supreme Court has asked the Centre to respond to a new prayer in a pending Public Interest Litigation seeking a life ban on politicians convicted of heinous offence from contesting elections.
