Karnataka HC: Gandhi Statue Not Place of Religious Worship - 10.09.2020

Karnataka High Court has said that by no stretch of imagination it can hold that the statue of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, is a 'place of worship' or a 'religious institution'.
