Madras HC: Schools Can Allow Students to Attend Classes, with Social Distancing - 10.09.2020

Madras High Court has held that schools in Tamil Nadu can allow students to attend classes, by following physical distancing norms if special attention is required and online teaching is not an option. The Court has alternatively suggested that the teachers could also go to the residence of the students.
