Delhi HC Directs District & Sessions Judge to Fill Up Vacant Posts Expeditiously - 10.09.2020

Delhi High Court has directed a District & Sessions Judge to fill the vacancies in its Court pertaining to the posts of Senior Judicial Assistants and Judicial Assistants by way of promotion and that of Junior Judicial Assistants that shall fall vacant owing to promotions to the above posts by way of a recruitment drive, as expeditiously as possible.
