P&H HC Dismisses Anticipatory Bail Plea of Punjab Ex DGP Sumedh Singh Saini - 10.09.2020

Punjab & Haryana High Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 of Punjab's former Director General of Police (DGP) Sumedh Singh Saini in the three-decade-old Multani kidnapping and murder case.
