Bombay HC Prevents BPCL Employees from Going on Strike - 09.09.2020

Bombay High Court has granted interim relief to Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and prevented trade unions of workmen from going on strike after observing that Section 22 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 prohibits employees from going on strike when conciliation proceedings are pending.
