Allahabad HC Imposes Cost on Petitioner Seeking Deprivation of Citizenship of Kanhaiya Kumar - 07.09.2020

Allahabad High Court has dismissed with costs a Public Interest Litigation for revocation of citizenship of Kanhaiya Kumar, former President of the Students' Union, Jawaharlal Nehru University, in connection to the 2016 Sedition Case.
