P&H HC: Parole Cannot be Denied on Apprehension of Absconding - 07.09.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has reiterated that parole is "reformative process" and the same cannot be denied to a convict merely on apprehensions that he shall abscond or commit further offences.
