Karnataka HC Issues Notice on Plea to Display Names of Persons Arrested u/s 41C CrPC - 07.09.2020

Karnataka High Court has issued notice to the State Government on a Petition filed seeking compliance of Section 41C of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 which mandates displaying of names and addresses of the persons arrested and the name and designation of the police officers who made the arrests, outside the police control room.
