Allahabad HC Issues Notices on Contempt Plea Against UP Advocates Welfare Funds Trustees Committee - 07.09.2020

Allahabad High Court has issued notices to the Chairman and Secretary of the Uttar Pradesh Advocates Welfare Funds Trustees Committee, in a Contempt Petition for non-implementation of a Division Bench order in suo moto Public Interest Litigation titled In re: Assistance to the Needy Advocate and Registered Advocates Clerk.
