SC Dismisses Petition Challenging Non-Consideration of Names for Madras HC Judges - 04.09.2020

Supreme Court has dismissed a Writ Petition filed by eight judicial officers who alleged that the Madras High Court collegiums ignored their names and instead recommended their "juniors" for elevation as judges of the High Court.
