Allahabad HC Dismisses Plea Against Appointment of Additional Advocates General - 03.09.2020

Allahabad High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation contending that there can be only one Advocate General in a State and that appointment of Additional Advocates General is impermissible under the Constitution of India, 1949.
