Madras HC Issues Notices on Plea Seeking Govt to Take Over Fee Collection in Pvt Schools/ Colleges - 03.09.2020

Madras High Court has issued notices on a Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction upon the State Government to "take over" the financial transactions of all private schools and colleges in Tamil Nadu, with respect to the salary of teachers/ professors and students' fees.
