SC Pulls Up Delhi & Maharashtra for Not Filing Affidavit Showing Compliance of Welfare Statutes - 02.09.2020

Supreme Court has pulled up the State Governments of Maharashtra and National Capital Territory of Delhi for not filing affidavits regarding the implementation of statutes for the welfare of migrant workers in compliance with its 31st July, 2020 Order.
