Gauhati HC: Rape is Violation of Victim's Fundamental Right Under Article 21 - 02.09.2020

Gauhati High Court has dismissed an appeal filed by a man convicted of raping a twenty-year old, observing that rape is a violation of victim's fundamental right under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, 1949.
