Gujarat HC Asks NCLT Ahmedabad to Formulate SOP for Virtual Hearing - 02.09.2020

Gujarat High Court has directed the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad to frame a standard operating procedure in consultation with the Bar Association, for virtual functioning of the Tribunal.
