SC Grants 10 Years Period for Telecommunication Companies to Clear AGR Dues - 01.09.2020

Supreme Court has held that the telecom companies who are liable to pay Aggregate Gross Revenue dues shall make payment of 10% of the dues by 31st March, 2021. The Court has further allowed the telecommunication companies to make payments in a period spanning 10 years.
