Delhi HC Issues Notice in Modification Plea Seeking Extension of Deadline for Public Comments - 01.09.2020

Delhi High Court has issued notice in a modification plea seeking a direction to be issued to the Central Government to further extend the deadline for public comments on Draft Environment Impact Assessment Policy by the period of 60 days from the date of publishing the said policy in all the languages mentioned in Schedule VIII of the Constitution of India, 1949.
