SC: Merely Because Investigation Officer and Complainant are Same the Trial Will Not Be Vitiated - 31.08.2020

Supreme Court has held that it cannot be held as a general proposition that an accused under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 is entitled to an acquittal merely because the complainant is the investigating officer.
