P & H HC Denies Pre-Arrest Bail to Rape Accused Due to 7 Months' Delay in FIR - 31.08.2020

Punjab and Haryana High Court has observed that a delay of even 7 months in reporting the incident of rape would not entitle the accused to anticipatory bail.
